Refund & Return Policy
At House of Shravan, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong item has been delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at houseofshravan@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item received
- Details of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events
- Customized or altered garments
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, perfumed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags and packaging
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
